Toro Rosso announced it will not re-sign JEV or Jean Eric Vergne . They will instead sign GP3 driver Max Verstrappen to become the youngest Formula 1 driver ever. He will partner alongside Danil Kyvat for the 2015 season.
In other news, Audi driver Andre Lotterer will make his F1 debut replacing Kamui Kobayashi.
